Contract Details
- Type: Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) under 10 U.S.C. 3458 (now 10 U.S.C. 4022 for prototype OTs). Awards may result in an Other Transaction (OT) agreement, a FAR Part 12 contract, or no contract.
- Duration: Open until June 4, 2026.
- Set-Aside: None specified for the CSO itself. However, vendors receiving prototype OT project awards will be required to share one-third of the project cost, unless they are a non-traditional defense contractor, small business, or a team consisting entirely of such entities.
- Funding: Funds are not currently available, and the Government's obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
Submission & Evaluation
