This CSO, open until June 4, 2026, seeks innovative commercial products and services to rapidly develop and characterize new technologies and system concepts for the U.S. Air Force, leveraging the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3458.

No funding is currently available, and the Government's obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There is no specific set-aside for the overall CSO; however, vendors receiving prototype OT project awards will be required to share one-third of the project cost, unless they are a non-traditional defense contractor, small business, or a team consisting entirely of such entities. Foreign participation at the prime level is prohibited.
