Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a presolicitation notice for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Phase 2 Portland HCS project at the Portland VA Health Care System. The project involves assessing, inspecting, and verifying existing conditions, followed by construction to upgrade infrastructure.

The scope includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing redundant fiber runs and adding primary fiber home runs in various buildings.

• Adding data drops and upgrading Telecommunication Rooms (TRs).

• Architectural demolition, reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of existing spaces.

• Construction of new finished spaces, doors, and flooring.

• Structural alterations and new equipment support construction.

• Electrical upgrades (panels, power distribution, UPS, lighting, outlets).

• Installation and programming of Building Automation System (BAS) equipment.

• HVAC upgrades and new controls.

• Plumbing modifications and new installations.

• Data communication infrastructure upgrades, including re-cabling all existing data cabling to CAT 6A.
