Important Notes & Clarifications

  • Prevailing wage rates (Davis-Bacon Act) for Clark and Skamania Counties, WA, and Multnomah County, OR, are applicable and must be used for labor cost calculations.
  • Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) requirements are critical for planning and execution, detailing precautions for construction activities in a healthcare environment.
