Key Requirements & Notes

- Work Hours: Interior fiber, TR, and TE server room work during normal business hours. All other work between 4:00 PM and midnight, with the VA allowing for (4) 10-hour shifts (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Site Logistics: The VA will provide staging areas for both campuses. The south side of the Vancouver Campus fire lane cannot be shut down. A 28-day notice is required for utility outages.
