Scope of Work

- Procurement of materials, COTS equipment, and custom hardware.
- Logistics coordination and vendor travel.
- Access to private or controlled range spaces with safety oversight.
- On-demand technical consultation and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support.
- Integration of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (c-UAS), cyber, and tactical networking.
- Design, integration, and deployment of custom tactical networks and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).
- Additive and subtractive manufacturing for rapid prototyping and limited-run fabrication. The overall objective is to provide agile and scalable acquisition support to rapidly design, develop, test, and integrate capabilities that enhance operational readiness and meet emerging mission demands.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Prototype Other Transaction Agreement (OTA).
- Period of Performance: An ordering period from March 2, 2026, to March 1, 2031.
- Place of Performance: Primarily contractor facilities (within 3 miles of Hurlburt Field, FL) or designated range spaces (within 55 miles of Hurlburt Field, FL).
- Pricing: Work Orders may be cost-shared, fixed-support, or hybrid, with pricing and cost share negotiated at the Work Order level. A minimum of one-third of the total prototype project cost must be funded by non-Federal sources.
