Scope of Work

- Period of Performance: Ordering period from March 2, 2026, to March 1, 2031.
- Place of Performance: Contractor facilities within 3 miles of Hurlburt Field, FL, and designated range spaces within 55 miles of Hurlburt Field, FL. These location requirements are firm at the time of proposal submission.
- Pricing: Work Orders may be cost-shared, fixed-support, or hybrid. Pricing and cost share (at least one-third non-Federal funding for prototypes) will be negotiated at the Work Order level.
- Set-Aside: None specified, but encourages non-traditional defense contractors, small businesses, and innovative commercial firms. NAICS Code: 541715 (R&D in Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences), size standard 1,000 employees.

An FCL "in the works" may be acceptable for unclassified tasks, but specific security requirements must be met for classified work at the time of performance.
