Submission & Evaluation
Vendors must submit an electronic whitepaper (single, searchable PDF, max 10 pages). The evaluation is a four-part Pass/Fail process:
- Mandatory Certifications: Current Joint Certification Program (JCP) and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 certified, OR a NIST SP 800-171 Assessment with a CMMC Level 2 compliance roadmap by November 2026.
- Technical Competency: Demonstrated past performance (within 5 years) in relevant project types.
- Intellectual Property Rights Acknowledgement.
- Innovation and Partnership Capability: Identify at least one Non-Traditional Defense Contractor (NDC) or small business partner. Vendors must pass all four parts to be considered for membership.
