Acquisition Strategy & Scope
The U.S. Air Force is separating the combined BOS requirement into two independent contracts: T-BOS for Turkey and S-BOS for Morón Air Base, Spain. Both will be Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, primarily Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with Cost-Reimbursable CLINs. The T-BOS scope has been reduced, removing Full Food Services, Custodial/Housekeeping, Grounds Maintenance, Golf Course Maintenance, and Refuse Services at Ankara Support Facility, which will be acquired locally by the 39th Contracting Squadron.
