Quick Summary

The Department of the Navy / NAVFACSYSCOM MID-ATLANTIC is soliciting proposals for NH100, NH120, & NH121 HVAC Systems at the Naval Medical Center, Camp Lejeune, NC. This Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity involves comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of HVAC Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Roof Top Units (RTUs). Proposals are due Monday, February 23, 2026, at 1300 EST.

Scope of Work

This project requires the comprehensive internal cleaning of fifty (50) HVAC AHUs in Building NH100 and four (4) RTUs at Buildings 120/121. The scope includes cleaning supply and return fans, dampers, coils, filter frames, motors, condensate drain pans, ductwork, and associated components. Specific tasks involve cleaning corroded inlet cones, repairing a chilled water line, and addressing particular AHU issues (e.g., electrical circuit breaker replacement, bent coil fin combing). All air filters must be replaced after cleaning. Cleaning methods must be NADCA-approved, and negative air/ICRA 2.0 requirements apply in work areas, especially for mechanical rooms labeled Class 3 and 4.
