Specific tasks involve repairing a leaking chilled water line on Building 121 RTU-2 and combing bent coil fins on several NH100 AHUs. All cleaning methods must be NADCA-approved, and EPA-registered disinfectants are required. The facility will remain operational, necessitating minimal interference and adherence to Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA 2.0) requirements, including negative air in Class 3 and 4 mechanical rooms.
