Scope of Work
This project involves the comprehensive internal cleaning of fifty (50) HVAC Air Handling Units (AHUs) in Building NH100 and four (4) Roof Top Units (RTUs) at Buildings 120/121. The scope includes cleaning supply and return fans, associated dampers, coils, filter frames, motors, condensate drain pans, ductwork, and drain piping. Specific tasks include removal, cleaning, and re-installation of supply fan impellers with new bearings, system balancing, vacuuming and sealing internal insulation, and wiping flex transition material. Additional work covers addressing corroded inlet cones, repairing a leaking chilled water line, electrical breaker replacement for AHU-44, and bent coil fin combing for several AHUs. All air filters must be replaced post-cleaning. Work areas will require negative air and adherence to PCRA/ICRA 2.0 requirements, particularly for Class 3 and 4 mechanical rooms.
