The project involves comprehensive internal cleaning, repair, and maintenance of fifty (50) HVAC Air Handling Units (AHUs) in Building NH100 and four (4) Roof Top Units (RTUs) at Buildings 120/121. Key tasks include cleaning coils, fans, ductwork, drain pans, impeller replacement (with new bearings), vacuuming and sealing insulation, and specific repairs such as addressing corroded inlet cones, a leaking chilled water line, and bent coil fins. All air filters must be replaced after cleaning. The facility will remain operational throughout the construction period, requiring the contractor to minimize interference. Work may be performed during non-standard hours.
Contract Details
