Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This SOW defines the responsibilities and scheduling for cleaning fifty (50) HVAC Air Handling Units (AHUs) in Building NH100 and four (4) Roof Top Units (RTUs) at Buildings 120/121, located at Naval Medical Center, Camp Lejeune.

• Comprehensive internal cleaning of AHUs/RTUs, including supply fans, return fans, associated dampers, and in-line return air fans suspended from the slab.

• Cleaning of cooling and heating coils, filter frames, motors, condensate drain pans, duct connection canvases, internal supports, and casings.

• Cleaning of outdoor air ductwork associated with AHUs, including dampers, access doors, and mixing boxes.

• Cleaning of drain piping connected to AHU condensate pans.

• Removal, cleaning, and re-installation of supply fan impellers, including new bearings and system balancing.

• Vacuuming and sealing of interior sound attenuation/insulation material.
