Scope of Work

Specific tasks include cleaning corroded inlet cones, repairing a leaking chilled water line, and addressing issues like electrical circuit breaker replacement and bent coil fin combing on certain AHUs. Negative air will be required in work areas, adhering to PCRA/ICRA 2.0 requirements for mechanical rooms labeled Class 3 and 4. Critical units (Laboratory, ICU, Same Day Surgery, L&D, Radiology) will require after-hours shutdowns. The facility will remain operational, requiring minimal interference.
