Scope of Work
This project requires the comprehensive internal cleaning of fifty (50) HVAC Air Handling Units (AHUs) in Building NH100 and four (4) Roof Top Units (RTUs) at Buildings 120/121. The scope includes cleaning supply and return fans, associated dampers, in-line return air fans, cooling and heating coils, filter frames, motors, condensate drain pans, duct connection canvases, internal supports, and casings. Outdoor air ductwork, including dampers, access doors, and mixing boxes, must also be cleaned. Specific tasks involve removal, cleaning, and re-installation of supply fan impellers with new bearings and system balancing, vacuuming and sealing insulation, and wiping flex transition material. Additional requirements include addressing corroded inlet cones, repairing a leaking chilled water line, replacing an electrical circuit breaker, and combing bent coil fins on specific units. All air filters must be replaced post-cleaning. Work must be performed with minimal interference as facilities remain operational, adhering to NADCA-approved cleaning methods and strict Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA 2.0) protocols, especially for Class 3 and 4 mechanical rooms.

Special Requirements & Notes
