The scope includes cleaning supply/return fans, associated dampers, cooling/heating coils, filter frames, motors, condensate drain pans, duct connection canvases, internal supports, casings, and outdoor air ductwork. Specific tasks include addressing corroded inlet cones, repairing a leaking chilled water line, and combing bent coil fins on certain units. Air filters must be replaced after cleaning. The facility will remain operational, requiring minimal interference, and work during non-standard hours is permitted. Negative air will be required in work areas, adhering to PCRA/ICRA 2.0 requirements for mechanical rooms labeled Class 3 and 4.
