Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To deliver and sustain a furnished, turn-key modular facility complex that establishes a complete and self-contained command and control (C2) and administrative footprint for the 211th MP BN. This requirement is for a single, dedicated facility complex to serve as the BN Headquarters (HQ).

• Provide non-personal services, including all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, management, and supervision to deliver, install, and maintain a complete turn-key modular facility solution.

• The requirement encompasses one (1) BN HQ Complex of approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF).

• The complex must support approximately 54 personnel and include:

  • Eight (8) office spaces
  • One (1) controlled-access room for SECRET equipment (500 NSF)
  • One (1) conference room
  • One (1) Tactical Operation Center (300 NSF)
  • Locking doors, overhead lighting, and windows for exterior offices.

• Provide maintenance and repair services for modular office buildings throughout the Period of Performance.

• Install electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and network infrastructure.

• Provide office furnishings, desks, chairs, conference tables, and seating.

• Install display screens, video conferencing, and whiteboards.

• Provide internet connectivity.

• Install latrine facilities (one male, one female).
