  • Furnishing eight office spaces, one controlled-access SECRET equipment room (500 NSF), one conference room, and one Tactical Operation Center (300 NSF).
  • Installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, network infrastructure, and internet connectivity.
  • Provision of office furnishings, display screens, video conferencing, whiteboards, and latrine facilities (one male, one female).
  • Maintenance and repair services throughout the contract period.
  • Adherence to performance standards for service call response times (Emergency: 2 hours, Urgent: 8 hours, Routine: 48 hours) and maintenance completion (95% on time).
