Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide non-personal services for a complete, self-contained command and control (C2) and administrative modular facility complex, approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF), for the 211th MP BN. This includes:
- Delivery, installation, and maintenance of the modular facility.
- Furnishing eight office spaces, one controlled-access SECRET equipment room (500 NSF), one conference room, and one Tactical Operation Center (300 NSF).
- Installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, network infrastructure, and internet connectivity.
- Provision of office furnishings, display screens, video conferencing, whiteboards, and latrine facilities (one male, one female).
- Maintenance and repair services throughout the contract period.
- Adherence to performance standards for service call response times (Emergency: 2 hours, Urgent: 8 hours, Routine: 48 hours) and maintenance completion (95% on time).
