Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a fully functional, code-compliant temporary modular office complex of approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF), capable of supporting approximately 54 personnel. The facility must include:
- Eight (8) office spaces
- One (1) controlled-access room for SECRET equipment (500 NSF)
- One (1) conference room
- One (1) Tactical Operation Center (300 NSF)
- Latrine facilities (male and female) The turnkey solution encompasses all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, management, and supervision for delivery, installation, leasing, maintenance, and final removal. This includes providing office furnishings, HVAC, internet connectivity, electrical systems with a backup diesel generator, and ensuring secure, sound-isolating spaces. The lead time for delivery and setup must not exceed 30 calendar days from contract award.
