Scope of Work
The requirement is for non-personal services to install, furnish, maintain, and remove one (1) temporary modular office facility at the U.S. Border Patrol Sector Headquarters, Edinburg, TX 78542. This facility will support approximately 54 personnel for Joint Task Force–Southern Border (JTF–SB) operations. The complex will be approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF) and include eight (8) office spaces, one (1) controlled-access room for SECRET equipment (500 NSF), one (1) conference room, and one (1) Tactical Operation Center (300 NSF). The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies for delivery, emplacement, servicing, relocation, maintenance, and removal. Key features include secure, private offices with STC 50 sound isolation, professional furnishings, HVAC, latrine facilities, GSA-approved perimeter hardware, high-speed internet, electrical systems, and a backup diesel generator. Site preparation, including leveling and grading, is required.
