Scope of Work
This requirement is for non-personal services to deliver, install, furnish, maintain, and remove one (1) turnkey modular office facility complex, approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF), capable of supporting approximately 54 personnel. The complex must include eight office spaces, a controlled-access room for SECRET equipment, a conference room, a Tactical Operation Center (TOC), and necessary infrastructure such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and network. The contractor will also provide office furnishings, display screens, video conferencing, whiteboards, internet connectivity, and latrine facilities. Maintenance and repair services are required throughout the period of performance, with specific response times for emergency (2 hours), urgent (8 hours), and routine (48 hours) service calls.

Submission & Evaluation
