Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide non-personal services for a turn-key modular office facility capable of supporting approximately 54 personnel. This includes delivery, installation, furnishing, maintenance, and eventual removal of one (1) Battalion Headquarters (BN HQ) Complex, approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF). The facility must include eight (8) office spaces, one (1) controlled-access room for SECRET equipment (500 NSF), one (1) conference room, and one (1) Tactical Operation Center (300 NSF). Services also encompass electrical, HVAC, plumbing, network infrastructure, internet connectivity, office furnishings, display screens, video conferencing, whiteboards, and latrine facilities. Maintenance and repair services are required throughout the Period of Performance. Special requirements include a Quality Control Plan (QCP), Operations Security (OPSEC) program, background checks for personnel, and Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training.

  • Evaluation: Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance. The Government intends to award without negotiations, except for clarifications.
