  • Infrastructure: Installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and network infrastructure (SIPR-only data ports). Contractor-provided commercial high-speed internet and a diesel-powered backup generator are required.
  • Furnishings: Office furnishings, desks, chairs, conference tables, display screens, video conferencing, and whiteboards.
