Scope of Work

- Facility Design: Eight office spaces, one controlled-access room (500 NSF for SECRET equipment), one conference room, and one Tactical Operation Center (300 NSF).
- Infrastructure: Installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and network infrastructure (SIPR-only data ports). Contractor-provided commercial high-speed internet and a diesel-powered backup generator are required.
- Furnishings: Office furnishings, desks, chairs, conference tables, display screens, video conferencing, and whiteboards.
