Scope of Work
The contractor shall deliver, install, furnish, maintain, and remove one (1) modular office facility, approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF), designed as a Battalion Headquarters (HQ) complex for the 211th MP BN. Key features include:
- Eight (8) office spaces, one (1) controlled-access room for SECRET equipment, one (1) conference room, and one (1) Tactical Operation Center.
- Provision of office furnishings, internet connectivity, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and latrine facilities (one male, one female).
- Ongoing maintenance and repair services throughout the period of performance.
- Development and implementation of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Operations Security (OPSEC) program.
- Background checks and Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training for all personnel.
