Scope of Work
The requirement is for non-personal services to establish a complete and self-contained command and control (C2) and administrative footprint. The modular facility complex, approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF), must include:
- Eight (8) office spaces
- One (1) controlled-access room for SECRET equipment (500 NSF)
- One (1) conference room
- One (1) Tactical Operation Center (TOC) (300 NSF)
- Latrine facilities (one male, one female)
The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies for delivery, installation, leasing, maintenance (including general, electrical, HVAC, and cleaning), and final removal. Key features include secure, private offices with sound-isolating construction (STC 50 for walls and specified doors), GSA-approved hardware for perimeter security, professional-grade furnishings, a complete HVAC system with multiple climate control zones, durable flooring, robust high-speed internet (95% uptime), and a safe, code-compliant electrical system with a diesel backup generator (contractor-provided and maintained, including fuel). Contractor is responsible for site leveling and grading. New buildings are preferred; existing must be in near-perfect condition. NIPR ports are required.
