Key Requirements / Deliverables
Submissions are processed through a multi-spiral approach:
- Spiral 1: Solution video (max 5 min, HD, .mp4) or written solution brief (max 5 pages/15 slides). Must define the problem, accelerate the mission, advance the state of the art, and describe the business model. A Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price is required for briefs.
- Spiral 2: Presentation/Pitch/Demo to demonstrate technical and business viability.
- Spiral 3: Invitation to Propose (ItP) for a written proposal and negotiation.
