Submission & Evaluation
Submissions for AoIs typically begin with a Spiral 1 solution video (max 5 minutes) or a written brief (max 5 pages/15 slides), addressing the problem, mission acceleration, state-of-art advancement, and business model. These are evaluated for responsiveness, technical merit, and price/affordability (ROM for briefs). Successful submissions may lead to Spiral 2 (presentation/pitch/demo) and Spiral 3 (Commercial Solution Proposal). All communications must be UNCLASSIFIED.
Eligibility / Set-Aside
This is a full and open acquisition, encouraging participation from all interested vendors, including small businesses and non-traditional contractors.
