The goal is to become an agile IT acquisition enabler, aligning with Department of the Air Force (DAF) CIO strategy to support global Air Force, Joint Service, and Federal partner operations in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. • IT Portfolio Application Rationalization: Consolidate and/or eliminate redundant or ineffective IT systems, services, or products to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

• Alignment with Strategic Priorities: Ensure IT investments align with DoD and DAF strategic priorities and the CE IT IEO mission.

• Enhanced Governance & Decision-Making: Establish governance processes for efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decisions.
