The facility will serve as the 211th MP BN Headquarters and include eight (8) office spaces, one (1) controlled-access room for SECRET equipment (500 NSF), one (1) conference room, and one (1) Tactical Operation Center (300 NSF). The scope encompasses all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies for delivery, installation, leasing, maintenance, and removal, ensuring sanitation, health, safety, and uninterrupted mission support. Key features include secure, private office spaces with sound-isolating construction (STC 50 for specific walls/doors), GSA-approved locks, HVAC, plumbing, electrical with a diesel backup generator, and commercial high-speed internet.
