Contracts or agreements awarded under this CSO will be fixed-price, including fixed-price incentive fee, and will primarily utilize FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures. The acquisition process is competitive, similar to a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), with proposals reviewed by subject-matter experts. Both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors are eligible.
