The CSO seeks solutions across diverse areas including IT hardware/software/services, museum exhibit design/fabrication/installation, artifact restoration, modeling/simulation, transcription, custodial, grounds, and facilities services.
CSO Process
The CSO utilizes a three-phase process:

- Phase 2: Presentation/Pitch (if applicable): Selected companies may be invited to present their solution, detailing its innovative application, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price, and Intellectual Property (IP).
- Phase 3: Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP): Companies with meritorious submissions may be invited to submit a full proposal (Technical and Price volumes).
Contract Details
Contracts or agreements awarded under this authority will be fixed-price, including fixed-price incentive fee, and will primarily utilize FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures.
