The Army Center of Military History (CMH) and the Army Museum Enterprise (AME) are seeking support services to produce a Concept Plan for The Museum of the American Soldier at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The goal is to gather stakeholder consensus and develop an innovative concept plan.

• Develop a concept design package for The Museum of the American Soldier.

• The package must encompass 250 years of Army history, with an emphasis on the Engineers, Chemical Corps, and Military Police branches.

• The concept plan should be replicable at multiple military locations.

• The deliverable is a concept design package, not an exhibit design package.

• Offerors must demonstrate organizational capacity and a proven record of delivering comparable services, including past performance samples.

This Area of Interest (Aol) seeks innovative Information Technology (IT) services solutions to enhance agency-wide IT and desktop support for the Center for Army Analysis (CAA). The services will cover both internally managed classified Closed Restricted Network (CRN) and externally managed classified and unclassified network environments. Offerors are expected to demonstrate organizational capacity and a proven record of delivering effective IT support services.

• Comprehensive, integrated end-to-end IT service capabilities including:

  • Network and switch operations
  • Systems administration, integration, and testing
  • Hardware and software configuration management
  • Infrastructure management and network administration
  • End-user support, service desk functions, and user training
  • Hardware and software fielding
  • Quality control and performance monitoring
  • Support for installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs)
  • Information and network security services
  • Support for Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS), and locally developed software and databases

It seeks innovative, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Museum Collection Management Solutions to replace the legacy U.S. Army Museum Information System (USAMIS). The goal is to manage over 500,000 heritage assets across 122 collections and ensure compliance as an Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).

• Comprehensive capabilities for artifact cataloging, accessions/deaccessions, inventory management, object movement/location tracking (including loans and exhibits), conservation/preservation, and digital/archival/exhibit material management.

• Robust tools for reporting, analytics, and system administration.

• System must be cloud-hosted in a Government Furnished Infrastructure (GFI) cARMY cloud environment.

• Must achieve FedRAMP Moderate authorization and a full Army Authority to Operate (ATO).

• Integration with Enterprise Army Management System-Army (EAMS-A) for user authentication and role-based access control at go-live.

This CSO is a general solicitation for innovative commercial products, technologies, and services, or adaptations of existing ones, to meet U.S. Army needs.
