Opportunity Overview
ACC-DTA's Strategic Services Branch leverages this CSO to support a diverse range of Requirement Activities, including organizations at the Detroit Arsenal (DTA), Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB), and the National Capital Region (NCR). Services sought span information technology (IT) hardware, software, and services; museum exhibit design, fabrication, and installation; artifact restoration and conservation; modeling and simulation; transcription; custodial; grounds and facilities services; and other support services. The goal is to procure timely, cost-effective, and innovative commercial solutions to adapt to evolving technological landscapes and challenges.
Acquisition Process
The CSO utilizes a competitive, streamlined, three-phase process:
- Phase 1: Solution Brief: Companies submit a brief (max 5 pages or 15 slides) outlining their proposed solution.
- Phase 2: Presentation/Pitch (if applicable): Selected companies may be invited to present their solution.
- Phase 3: Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP): Companies with meritorious submissions may be invited to submit a full proposal. Contracts or agreements awarded under this authority will be fixed-price, including fixed-price incentive fee, and will primarily use FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures. Both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors are eligible.
